I have already proven but need your assistance to publicize and substantiate that there are indigenous Akan Americans in this country that archaeologically predate slavery, were illegally reclassified as Native Americans and American Indians to seize and claim ownership of their land, identity, culture, and religion, and subsequently have been enslaved and trafficked incessantly since that time because I am one of their victims. Yet I continue to be silenced, wrongfully convicted and committed for criminal contempt for whistleblowing the primarily judicial and law enforcement officials responsible. I am in the midst of the sixth wrongful criminal contempt case; DC Superior Court Case 2026 CCC 000013 because the court refuses to allow DNA evidence proving the woman, Esther Jean Ross (formerly Laura Jean Ross) listed on my birth certificate as mother is an unrelated trafficker, and the complaining witness, Kwesi Ra Nehem Ptah Akhan, is the biological Father of my Children due to me being artificially inseminated (bred) with his sperm pilfered by traffickers, unbeknownst to him. You should also know that several other Black women victims of sex and human trafficking by the same white jewish mafia members are facing the same silencing and injustices, but to a lesser degree because they have not been victims since birth like me. Thus because I know the most, I continue to be attacked the most. Nevertheless, all of us Black victims of sex and human trafficking, specifically in Kansas City, were robbed of justice when the US Kansas District Court 5:22-CR-40055 dismissed (United States v. Golubski), simply because one of the defendants allegedly committed suicide the first day of trial. And the court continues to close its ears DOZENS UPON DOZENS of Black women victims of sex and human trafficking, all of whom are where I am from and most being indigenous Akan American like me, that have come forward making allegations by sharing their victim testimonies with federal public defender Cheryl Pilate (cpilate@morganpilate.com). Yet Cheryl Pilate refuses to relay contact information amongst the other victims to ensure we cannot file a class action lawsuit, and no paper trial can be established to tie all of our individual wrongful convictions, committals, and defamation as the corrupt white jewish mafia judicial and law enforcement collaborative agenda that it is. Thus stripping us, and all of our children as equal victims, of all our Trafficking Victim Protection Act (TVPA) rights.. to include necessity as an affirmative defense and children support for children we birthed due to forced impregnation (breeding).

My victim story of lifelong (since kidnapped at birth), international, and intergenerational trafficking alone is enough to substantiate the need for a Trafficking Victim Protection Act (TVPA) makeover. We need to prove I am not related to Esther Jean Ross (formerly Laura Jean Ross), the trafficker listed as the homebirth mother on my Kansas certificate. And we need to prove that the complaining witness, Kwesi Akhan, is the biological Father of my Children because I was bred three times via his pilfered sperm.

In a nutshell, I am a lifelong, international, and intergenerational victim of white jewish mafia sex and human trafficking charged with multiple counts of criminal contempt for an anti-stalking order in five past DC Superior Court cases and presenting in DC Superior Court Case 2026 CCC 000013 because I relentlessly seek to escape and remain free from sex and human trafficking with my Children fathered by Kwesi Akhan, unbeknownst to him.

Traffickers already murdered my firstborn Son by decapitation on October 21, 2019 and continue to cover it up. Sidenote: Apart from Esther Jean Ross' DNA information in her Social Security Disability case file, I believe to the only way to prove I am not related to her is via the deceased records of her son; DoniEl Moore (born Josiah Buchanan on August 29, 1973 in Kansas City), and her deceased niece; Camille Lashaun Moore-Johnson (born on January 31, 1977).

Lastly, the only reason my Children need to take a DNA test to prove Kwesi Akhan is their Father is because Kwesi Akhan's business partner, Kajara Nia Yaa Nebthet (Legal Name: Ingrid Russell), who is a convert sex and human trafficking.. who planned to frame Kwesi Akhan for sex and human trafficking before I came forward. Thus her only fallback is/was to allegedly hold hostage as collateral, three separate plastic bags containing a lock of each of my three Sons' hair, for alleged $600 loan she never extended to me. This lie is easily debunked because due to proof that the $600 alleged loan was actually a donation versus a loan exists in the fact that I exclusively solicited donations for food, shelter, and legal costs from Ra Sekhi Arts Temple (owned by Kajara Nia Yaa Nebthet) members and Kajara Nia Yaa Nebthet herself, via a recorded “Sunrise” Zoom call at 6:00AM on Sunday, July 22, 2020. Said call was attended by nearly twenty Ra Sekhi Arts Temple participants, and hosted, recorded, and attended by Ra Sekhi Arts Temple (owned by Kajara Nia Yaa Nebthet) and Kajara Nia Yaa Nebthet herself, and myself, noting that I called into said call via my then phone number (913) 499-9440.

Shortly after said call, Kajara Nia Yaa Nebthet agreed on behalf of Ra Sekhi Arts Temple (owned by Kajara Nia Yaa Nebthet) to donate $600 to me to cover my outstanding US Kansas District Court $800 legal fees. Appellantess naively believed Kajara Nia Yaa Nebthet had come to her senses and decided to rescind her white jewish mafia allegiance and criminality. Nevertheless, US Kansas District Court payment records reflect that I used the aforementioned donation to pay her $800 in outstanding court filing fees as agreed within a few days; $400 for Kansas District Court Case Number 2:20-cv-02295-EFM-JPO (Receipt Number K4631059057) and $400 for Kansas District Court Case Number 2:20-cv-02296-EFM-JPO (Receipt Number K4631059058).

If Kwesi Akhan was not being exploited, and his business partner, Kajara Nia Yaa Nebthet (Legal Name: Ingrid Russell) was not being criminal, the aforementioned hair specimens would have been returned or submitted to law enforcement for testing to investigate the murder of my firstborn Son and the paternity of all three of my Sons when I first requested Kajara Nia Yaa Nebthet return them to me or surrender them to law enforcement over five years ago.

For over eight years Odwirafo Kwesi Ra Nehem Ptah Akhan has been fraudulently defaming and/or litigating to wrongfully incarcerate and have me wrongfully committed to a mental institution for one reason.. for being a lifelong, international, and intergenerational victim of sex and human trafficking attempting to escape and remain free with her Children that unbeknownst to him, he fathered. I have been incarcerated more than a half dozen times, wrongfully convicted twice (both overturned), wrongfully committed to a mental institution twice after being declared mentally ill strictly due to disbelief of my allegations because Odwirafo Kwesi Ra Nehem Ptah Akhan allegations continue to sound more “credible” than mine because he previously worked in the mental health field.

Yet are my allegations, starting with me being kidnapped at birth, really that far-fetched? NO. First District Court of Appeals State of Florida case 18-2898 reflects that Black woman Gloria B. Williams kidnapped the Black female infant Kamiyah Teresiah Tasha Mobley at birth, but didn't until the child was an adult. United States District Court for the Southern District of New York case 11-MAG-187 reflects that Black woman Annugetta "Ann" Pettway kidnapped the Black female infant Carlina Renae White at birth, but didn't until the child was an adult.

Are my allegations that I was a victim of sex and human trafficking bred; i.e. involuntarily impregnated, via pilfered sperm artificial insemination while unconscious really that far-fetched? NO. Marion Superior Court case 49G04-1601-F6-000572 reflects that eight women were artificially and involuntarily inseminated with sperm from an unauthorized donor named Donald Cline. U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit case 4 F.3d 987 reflects that fifteen women were artificially and involuntarily inseminated with sperm from an unauthorized donor named Cecil Jacobson. US District Court For The District of Vermont case 2:2018cv00205 reflects that one woman was artificially and involuntarily inseminated with sperm from an unauthorized donor named John Boyd Coates III.

Despite this, Odwirafo Kwesi Ra Nehem Ptah Akhan continues to showcase a merciless and misleading YouTube Premiere he curated and entitled “WHEN A WOMAN STALKS A MAN: Legal System, Mental Illness, Spirit-Children and Hoodoo” to millions of viewers as a “I am the only victim that matters” 13-part series (4+ hours total) in which he details his experience of being stalked by a woman for over the past 5.5 years.
Granted. I agree that Odwirafo Kwesi Ra Nehem Ptah Akhan is an unsuspecting victim of the sex and human trafficking crimes, but those crimes pale in comparison to the lifelong, international, and intergenerational sex and human trafficking crimes me and my Children that he fathered continue to be subjected to. There is only one problem. This does not give Odwirafo Kwesi Ra Nehem Ptah Akhan the right to shamelessly spend over four hours referencing and presenting legal documents on a four hour long 13 Part YouTube series that accomplishes everything except producing one speck of evidence that disproves my lifelong, international, and intergenerational victim of sex and human trafficking by the white jewish mafia allegations. His broadcast also fails to mention that in every criminal and mental health case I have offered to serve the maximum proposed incarceration or mental institution committal sentence period in exchange for investigation of my sex and human trafficking allegations.

What does all of this mean? It means until I am able to locate and pay a Black investigator to conduct an investigation that exonerates me, because every government agency I have petitioned in over four decades has refused, AND I am able to locate and pay a Black sex and human trafficking attorney to litigate and exonerate me.. Odwirafo Kwesi Ra Nehem Ptah Akhan is going to ensure that every time I seek food, shelter, clothing, friendship, employment, attempt to escape and remain free from sex and human trafficking with his Children, I will continue to be fail and be rejected because of his endless and fictitious online allegations against me.
I could easily flood this campaign with neverending and irrefutable evidence in support of my lifelong, international, and intergenerational victim of sex and human trafficking allegations, but once you are declared mentally ill due to “book smart and reality ignorant” psychologists not believing you, courts have and exercise their right to ignore any and all evidence you submit via injunctions, which is what has and continues to be the case in every court proceeding I attend. Nor do I have to tell you how many Black women victims of sex and human trafficking like Cyntoia Brown, who spent over a decade in prison after being wrongfully convicted. But I do have to tell you that my Children have given up hope that I will rescue them or that Odwirafo Kwesi Ra Nehem Ptah Akhan could be so ruthless if he is their Father, and that I'm facing two more possible wrongful conviction or a mental institution committal in a matter of days if I am not able to secure funds to address the aforementioned legal matters, in addition to needing to address the financial demands of meeting the basic human needs of me and my Children so we can be free and stay free from sex and human trafficking forever.
